hello, i just want helpt o how i do my home studio set up the right way? today i use like this in my recording: i have a laptop dell precision m60 as my studio. when i do a recording i do it in moviemaker on my laptop, i adjust the internal soundcard before recording. but i see that i should have a external soundcard for better controll in my recording. what i need is this:)
set up a map over how my set up with external soundcard with use from laptop:)
i have today a mixer-a dx7 mark 1 a korg karma a tx 802 yamaha modul and a roland xp80 can i use all them with one soundcard? through my mixer??to do a multi instrumental recording with all my gigs at once? or do i just can do a recording with one keyboard at the time?. what soundcard should i have:?? thanks for helping me out. want to have the best for my homestudio. from Ballademaker Norway

Is not a better idea to use multichannel sound recording software?
